A VA appraisal isn’t a home inspection. An inspection helps you investigate the home’s condition and maintenance concerns. We’ll discuss both steps so you understand what each can—and cannot—tell you.
Investigate property details early
Condition questions, manufactured homes, rural properties, wells, and septic systems can require additional research. I’ll help identify what to ask the listing agent, lender, inspector, or other qualified professional before you move forward.
